AT&T is an American telecommunications company providing fixed line and mobile telephony, broadband digital TV, and fixed line internet services. Its website www.att.com allows online access to AT&T’s services and products enabling customers to shop, view store locations, make and view order status, manage accounts, view their account statements and make online payments.
How to pay AT&T bills
- Register for a user ID by clicking on the “Register today” link then select your account type and select the “Next” button. Enter the information required for account ownership verification then create a user ID and password. Enter your name and an email address then set up security questions and answers. Next, agree to the terms and conditions then click on “Next”. A confirmation message will then be displayed to confirm successful registration. Multiple AT&T accounts can be managed using one user ID by selecting that option.
- Enter your user ID and password in the login section to gain access to your account. You can access this by hovering over the “MyAT&T” menu item and selecting “billing & payments”. This will display the login section.
- To make a one-time payment, log in and select the “pay bill” option at the top of the online bill. Enter your banking details or card details, the amount to pay and the date to process the bill.
- With www.att.com, you can set up auto pay for automatic bill deduction from your bank account. Click the “enroll in auto pay” link, specify your payment method such as checking or savings account, or credit/debit card. Click on “next”, review and accept the terms and conditions and submit your request. To change or manage your auto pay details, select “manage auto pay” from your MyAT&T account. To change the payment method, select the “change the way you pay” option and make the changes. From the manage auto pay page, you can select “discontinue auto pay” to cancel auto pay.
