Metro Water Services Bill Pay

metro water logoThe metro water services is a department in the Nashville and Davidson county’s metropolitan government whose role is to provide quality water, services, waste water treatment and management of storm water to the residents of Nashville Tennessee. It supplies water to over 176,000 accounts and sewer services to more than 189,000 accounts. The department also supplies drinking to population of the Davidson county and parts of Rutherford and Williamson county.

Some of the metro water services bill pay options available include paying online, by mail, bank draft, phone, and in-person payments.

Payment Options

Pay online: Pay your bill at any time and from anywhere.

  • visit and click on ‘pay my bill online’
  • There are three levels of access to the metro water’s WebConnect; each with varying access rights to different features of the service. If you are using premium access, register and log in with your username and password.

  • Once logged in, select your mode of payment. You can make online payments using your credit card

Metro Water Services - login

  • Enter your account and payment information then submit your payment.

Bank draft: If your bank offers ACH services, you can enroll for the bank draft service so that your bill can be deducted from your bank account 15 days after the billing date. You can print out the enrollment form from the website or call 615-862-4600 to use the automated services.

Pay by phone: Call 615-862-4600 to make your payment over the phone using your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card.

Pay by mail: Send your check or money order to the following address:

Remember to allow adequate time between your date of payment and the due date because of the time it takes for the mail to be delivered.

Pay in person: Visit the Metro Water Services, customer care center at 1700 third avenue north to pay your bill in person. You may also pay at the drive-through window or leave your payment at the depository box after hours. You can pay your bill by check or money order.

Bill pay stations: Go to any of the authorized payment stations to pay your bill.
