How to Pay the Bill
City of Tulsa Utilities Bill Pay provide various ways for its customers to pay their bills. The options available are; automatic deduction, online payments, mail payments, phone payments, pay in-person and third-party centers.
Pay online: Customers can make City of Tulsa Utilities Bill Payby visiting the the portal link https://secure2.cityoftulsa.org/account/login.aspx. To access the online account one has to register through the ‘First-time users’ register link where you’re supposed to fill in the details provided.
After registering the customers can now login and pay their bills of which you’ll be charged $1.15 convenience fee when using a checking or savings account and $1.85 if using your credit or debit cards and will show up as ‘TulsaUtil/EZ-Pay’ on either your credit card or bank statement.
Automatic deduction: City of Tulsa Utilities Bill Pay have a service known as Autopay that customers can use to authorise their bank to deduct funds monthly towards paying their utility bills.
Pay by phone: Through dialing (918) 596-9511 customers can make their monthly payments towards offsetting their utility bills. Depending on the mode of payment one is charged a convenince fee of $1.15 to $2.95.
Pay by mail: Customers can pay for City of Tulsa Utilities Bill Pay through mail where customers are required to send funds in form of money order and electronic checks to the address below.

Pay in person: Customers can visit the City hall banking hall to make payments in-person which are open during week days from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. The mode of payment accepted are checks, cash and money order. There is a night deposit located on the entrance of City hall at the plaza that one can leave there payments in checks and money orders form only.
